Policy regarding the processing of personal data
1. General provisions
This personal data processing policy is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006. No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” (hereinafter referred to as the Law on Personal Data) and determines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data taken by Individual Entrepreneur Nikita Aleksandrovich Savelyev (OGRNIP 322547600028085, INN 280882478425) (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
1.1. The operator sets as its most important goal and condition for carrying out its activities the observance of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen when processing his personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.
1.2. This Operator’s policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator can obtain about visitors to the website https://prideforum.ru/.
2. Basic concepts used in the Policy
2.1. Automated processing of personal data – processing of personal data using computer technology.
2.2. Blocking of personal data – temporary cessation of processing of personal data (except for cases where processing is necessary to clarify personal data).
2.3. Website is a collection of graphic and information materials, as well as computer programs and databases that ensure their availability on the Internet at the network address https://prideforum.ru/.
2.4. Personal data information system is a set of personal data contained in databases and information technologies and technical means that ensure their processing.
2.5. Depersonalization of personal data - actions as a result of which it is impossible to determine without the use of additional information the ownership of personal data to a specific User or other subject of personal data.
2.6. Processing of personal data is any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without the use of such means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
2.7. Operator - a state body, municipal body, legal or natural person, independently or jointly with other persons organizing and (or) carrying out the processing of personal data, as well as determining the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.
2.8. Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identified User of the website https://prideforum.ru/.
2.9. Personal data authorized by the subject of personal data for distribution is personal data, access to an unlimited number of persons is provided by the subject of personal data by giving consent to the processing of personal data authorized by the subject of personal data for distribution in the manner prescribed by the Law on Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as personal data permitted for distribution).

2.14. Destruction of personal data – any actions as a result of which personal data are destroyed irrevocably with the impossibility of further restoration of the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) the material media of personal data are destroyed.
3. Basic rights and obligations of the Operator
3.1. The operator has the right:
– receive from the subject of personal data reliable information and/or documents containing personal data;
– in the event that the subject of personal data withdraws consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data if there are grounds for specified in the Law on Personal Data;
– independently determine the scope and list of measures necessary and sufficient to ensure compliance with the obligations stipulated by the Law on Personal Data and regulatory legal acts adopted pursuant thereto, unless otherwise provided by the Law on Personal Data or other federal laws.
3.2. The Operator is obliged to:
– provide the personal data subject, upon their request, with information regarding the processing of their personal data;
– organize the processing of personal data in the manner established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation;
– respond to inquiries and requests from personal data subjects and their legal representatives in accordance with the requirements of the Law on Personal Data;
– provide the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects, upon its request, with necessary information within 30 days from the date of receipt of such request;
– publish or otherwise ensure unrestricted access to this Policy regarding the processing of personal data;
– adopt legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, disclosure, or dissemination, as well as against other unlawful actions regarding personal data;
– cease the transfer (dissemination, disclosure, provision of access) of personal data, cease processing, and destroy personal data in the manner and in the cases provided for by the Law on Personal Data;
– fulfill other obligations provided for by the Law on Personal Data.
4. Key rights and obligations of personal data subjects
4.1. Personal data subjects have the right to:
– receive information regarding the processing of their personal data, except in cases provided for by federal laws. Information is provided to the personal data subject by the Operator in an accessible format and must not contain personal data relating to other personal data subjects, except where there are legal grounds for disclosing such personal data. The list of information and the procedure for obtaining it are established by the Law on Personal Data;
– to require the Operator to rectify, block, or destroy their personal data if such data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or unnecessary for the stated purpose of processing, and to take measures provided by law to protect their rights;
– to require prior consent for the processing of personal data for the purpose of marketing goods, works, and services;
– to withdraw consent for the processing of personal data;
– to appeal—either to the authorized body for the protection of personal data subjects' rights or through judicial proceedings—against unlawful actions or inaction by the Operator regarding the processing of their personal data;
– to exercise other rights provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4.2. Personal data subjects are obliged to:
– provide the Operator with accurate information about themselves;
– notify the Operator of any rectification (update, change) of their personal data.
4.3. Persons who provide the Operator with inaccurate information about themselves, or information about another personal data subject without the latter's consent, shall be held liable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User:
• Surname, first name, patronymic
• Email address
• Mobile phone number
• Email address (E-mail)
• City of residence
• Information regarding the order, payment, or ticket
5.1. The website also collects and processes anonymized visitor data (including cookies) using web analytics services (such as Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics, and others).
5.2. The data listed above are collectively referred to as "Personal Data" throughout this Policy.
5.3. The Operator does not process special categories of personal data concerning race, ethnicity, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, or intimate life.
5.4. The processing of personal data authorized for dissemination—specifically those falling under the special categories listed in Part 1 of Article 10 of the Law on Personal Data—is permitted provided that the prohibitions and conditions set forth in Article 10.1 of the Law on Personal Data are observed.
5.5. The User's consent to the processing of personal data authorized for dissemination must be obtained separately from any other consents regarding the processing of their personal data. In doing so, the conditions stipulated in Article 10.1 of the Law on Personal Data, among others, must be met. Requirements regarding the content of such consent are established by the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
5.5.1. The User provides consent for the processing of personal data authorized for dissemination directly to the Operator.
5.5.2. The Operator is obliged, no later than three business days from the moment of receiving the said consent from the User, to publish information regarding the processing conditions and any prohibitions or conditions applicable to the processing of personal data authorized for dissemination by an unlimited number of persons.
5.5.3. The transfer (dissemination, provision, access) of personal data authorized for dissemination by the data subject must cease at any time upon the data subject's request. This request must include the data subject's surname, first name, patronymic (if applicable), and contact information (phone number, email address, or postal address), as well as a list of the personal data for which processing is to be terminated. The personal data specified in such a request may be processed only by the Operator to whom the request is addressed.
5.5.4. Consent to the processing of personal data authorized for dissemination ceases to be effective from the moment the Operator receives the request specified in Clause 5.8.3 of this Personal Data Processing Policy.
6. Principles of Personal Data Processing
6.1. Personal data processing is carried out on a lawful and fair basis.
6.2. Personal data processing is limited to the achievement of specific, predetermined, and lawful purposes. Processing of personal data that is incompatible with the purposes of data collection is prohibited.
6.3. Combining databases containing personal data processed for mutually incompatible purposes is prohibited.
6.4. Only personal data that align with the purposes of their processing shall be processed.
6.5. The content and volume of processed personal data correspond to the stated processing purposes. Excessive processing of personal data relative to the stated purposes is prohibited.
6.6. When processing personal data, the accuracy, sufficiency, and—where necessary—currency of the personal data in relation to the purposes of processing are ensured. The Operator takes necessary measures, and/or ensures such measures are taken, to delete or rectify incomplete or inaccurate data.
6.7. Personal data is stored in a form that allows for the identification of the data subject for no longer than required by the purposes of processing, unless a different storage period is established by federal law or by a contract to which the data subject is a party, beneficiary, or guarantor. Processed personal data is destroyed or anonymized upon the achievement of the processing purposes or if the need to achieve such purposes ceases to exist, unless otherwise provided by federal law.
7. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
7.1. Purposes of processing the User’s personal data:
– informing the User via email;
– processing and fulfilling contracts for the sale of tickets or the provision of event participation services;
– providing the Site’s services and functionality;
– concluding, performing, and terminating civil law contracts;
– complying with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7.2. The Operator also reserves the right to send the User notifications regarding new products and services, special offers, and various events. The User may opt out of receiving informational messages at any time by sending an email to the Operator at pridecommunity@gmail.com with the subject line "Opt-out of notifications regarding new products, services, and special offers."
7.3. Anonymized User data collected via web analytics services is used to gather information on User activity on the Site and to improve the quality of the Site and its content.
8. Legal Grounds for Personal Data Processing
8.1. The legal grounds for the processing of personal data by the Operator are:

By filling out the relevant forms and/or submitting their personal data to the Operator, the User expresses their consent to this Policy.
8.2. The Operator processes the User's personal data only if the User fills out and/or submits them by the User independently via special forms located on the website https://prideforum.ru or sent to the Operator via email. By filling out the relevant forms and/or sending their personal data to the Operator, the User expresses their consent to this Policy.
8.3. The Operator processes anonymized data regarding the User if permitted by the User's browser settings (i.e., if the saving of "cookies" and the use of JavaScript technology are enabled).
8.4. The personal data subject makes the decision to provide their personal data independently and grants consent freely, of their own volition, and in their own interest.
9. Conditions for the processing of personal data
9.1. Personal data processing is carried out with the consent of the personal data subject to the processing of their personal data.
9.2. Personal data processing is necessary to achieve objectives stipulated by an international treaty of the Russian Federation or by law, or to perform the functions, powers, and duties assigned to the Operator by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
9.3. Personal data processing is necessary for the administration of justice or the execution of a judicial act, or an act of another body or official, subject to enforcement in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on enforcement proceedings.
9.4. Personal data processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party, beneficiary, or guarantor, as well as for the conclusion of a contract at the initiative of the personal data subject or a contract under which the personal data subject will be a beneficiary or guarantor.
9.5. Personal data processing is necessary for the exercise of the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator or third parties, or for the achievement of socially significant objectives, provided that the rights and freedoms of the personal data subject are not violated thereby.
9.6. Processing is carried out for personal data made publicly available by the personal data subject or at their request (hereinafter referred to as "publicly available personal data").
9.7. Processing is carried out for personal data subject to publication or mandatory disclosure in accordance with federal law.
10. Procedure for the collection, storage, transfer, and other forms of personal data processing
The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of applicable legislation regarding personal data protection.
10.1. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized access to such data.
10.2. The User's personal data shall never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases involving compliance with applicable legislation or where the personal data subject has consented to the transfer of data to a third party for the performance of obligations under a civil-law contract.
10.3. In the event that inaccuracies in the personal data are identified, the User may update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator’s email address (pridecommunity@gmail.com) with the subject line "Personal Data Update."
10.4. The duration of personal data processing is determined by the achievement of the purposes for which the data was collected, unless a different period is stipulated by contract or applicable legislation.
The User may withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notification to the Operator’s email address (pridecommunity@gmail.com) with the subject line "Withdrawal of Consent to Personal Data Processing."
10.5. All information collected by third-party services—including payment systems, communication providers, and other service providers—is stored and processed by said entities (Operators) in accordance with their respective User Agreements and Privacy Policies. It is the responsibility of the personal data subject and/or the User to review these documents in a timely manner. The Operator bears no liability for the actions of third parties, including the service providers mentioned in this clause.
10.6. Restrictions established by the personal data subject regarding the transfer (excluding the granting of access) or the processing—or conditions of processing (excluding the obtaining of access)—of personal data authorized for dissemination shall not apply in cases where personal data is processed in the state, public, or other public interest as defined by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
10.7. The Operator ensures the confidentiality of personal data during processing.
10.8. The Operator stores personal data in a form that allows for the identification of the personal data subject. for no longer than is required to achieve the purposes of personal data processing, unless a retention period for personal data is established by federal law or by a contract to which the personal data subject is a party, beneficiary, or guarantor.
10.9. Grounds for terminating the processing of personal data may include the achievement of the purposes of personal data processing, the expiration of the personal data subject's consent or the withdrawal of such consent by the subject, as well as the detection of unlawful personal data processing.
11. List of actions performed by the Operator with the personal data obtained
11.1. The Operator carries out the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (dissemination, provision, granting access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
11.2. The Operator performs automated processing of personal data, involving the receipt and/or transmission of the obtained information via information and telecommunication networks, or without such transmission.
12. Cross-border transfer of personal data
12.1. Prior to commencing the cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must verify that the foreign state to whose territory the personal data is to be transferred ensures adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
12.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data to the territory of foreign states that do not meet the aforementioned requirements may be carried out only if the personal data subject has provided written consent to the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or for the performance of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party. 13. Confidentiality of Personal Data
The Operator and other parties who have gained access to personal data are required not to disclose such data to third parties or disseminate it without the consent of the personal data subject, unless otherwise provided by federal law.

14.2. This document reflects any changes to the Operator’s personal data processing policy. The Policy remains in effect indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
