CONSENT
to Receive Promotional and Informational Communications

1. General Provisions
By submitting their data on the website located at https://prideforum.ru/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") and/or by checking the appropriate box on the Site’s form, the Site user (hereinafter referred to as the "User") freely, voluntarily, and in their own interest grants consent to Individual Entrepreneur Nikita Alexandrovich Savelyev (OGRNIP 322547600028085, INN 280882478425) (hereinafter referred to as the "Site Administration," "Operator," or "Advertiser") to receive promotional and informational messages under the terms of this consent.
This consent is granted in accordance with Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ dated March 13, 2006, "On Advertising," Federal Law No. 126-FZ dated July 7, 2003, "On Communications," and Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006, "On Personal Data," regarding the processing of personal data necessary for sending such communications.
2. Communication Channels
The User consents to receive promotional and informational messages via the following communication channels specified by the User when filling out forms on the Site:
— email address;
— mobile phone number, including SMS messages, instant messaging services, and phone calls, if such number was provided by the User;
— other communication channels expressly specified by the User during interaction with the Site. 3. Content of Communications
Under this consent, the Site Administration is entitled to send the User promotional and informational messages, including, but not limited to:
— information regarding events, products, services, projects, offers, promotions, and special terms from the Site Administration and/or its partners, as well as details concerning orders, payments, and tickets;
— invitations to participate in events, programs, clubs, webinars, business meetings, and other activities;
— news, notifications, reminders, announcements, and other materials related to the Site’s operations.
If a message contains advertising from third parties or partners, the Site Administration shall ensure such messages are sent only when there are legal grounds to do so and in compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation regarding advertising and personal data.
4. Personal Data Used for Communications
To send promotional and informational messages, the Site Administration is entitled to process the following personal data of the User, provided the User has submitted them via the Site’s forms:
— surname, first name, and patronymic;
— mobile phone number;
— email address;
— city of residence;
— details concerning orders, payments, and tickets;
— other information voluntarily provided by the User in the Site’s forms, if necessary for sending or personalizing the communications.
The processing of personal data is carried out through the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, transfer (in cases provided for by law and/or processing instructions), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data. 5. User Confirmations
By providing this consent, the User confirms that:
— the contact details provided belong personally to them and are accurate and up-to-date;
— they are acting freely, voluntarily, and in their own interest;
— the consent is given in advance and is specific, informed, conscious, and unambiguous;
— they understand that the receipt of promotional messages is possible only with their consent and that the mailing service will be terminated upon their request.
6. Validity Period of Consent
This consent is valid from the moment it is provided by the User until it is withdrawn by the User or until the processing of personal data ceases on other grounds provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The Site Administration reserves the right to retain records confirming that the User's consent was obtained for the duration necessary to verify the lawfulness of sending promotional messages, including the period for addressing potential claims and demands from regulatory authorities.
7. Withdrawal of Consent and Opting Out of Mailings
The User has the right to opt out of receiving promotional and informational messages and/or to withdraw this consent at any time using one of the following methods:
— sending a corresponding request to the email address: pridecommunity@gmail.com;
— using the unsubscribe link or mechanism provided in the message received;
— sending another written or electronic notice to the Site Administration that allows for the identification of the User and the relevant contact details.
Upon receipt of the User's opt-out request, the Site Administration shall cease sending promotional messages to the relevant communication channel within the timeframes stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation and the time technically required to process the request.
8. Modification of Consent
The Site Administration reserves the right to modify the text of this consent. The current version of the consent is posted on the Site.
The new version applies to the relationship with the User from the moment of its publication, unless otherwise specified in said version or unless it conflicts with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
