Informed Consent of the Site User
By providing any of your data (classified as personal data under Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006) via the forms on the website located at https://prideforum.ru/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Site")—which is owned by Individual Entrepreneur Nikita Alexandrovich Savelyev (OGRNIP 322547600028085, INN 280882478425), acting as the personal data operator (hereinafter referred to as the "Site Administration")—you automatically agree to this Agreement, acquire the status of a Site user (hereinafter referred to as the "Site User"), and accept all its terms without exception.
The Site User:
1. Confirms that all data entered into the registration forms belongs personally to them, is accurate, and is not distorted.
2. Confirms that they have carefully read this Agreement, understand its content and the terms regarding the processing of their personal data, and agree to them.
3. Gives their free, specific, informed, and conscious consent to the Site Administration for the collection, storage, processing, use, clarification, updating, anonymization, destruction, and transfer of their personal data, limited to the following: full name, mobile phone number, email address, and city of residence.
4. Agrees to the terms of personal data processing without reservations or limitations for the following purposes:
— provision of the Site’s services and functionality;
— performance of this Agreement; — execution and performance of the contract for the purchase of a ticket / provision of services for participation in an event;
— informing the User about news, promotions, and updates;
— compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5. In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006, the User freely, of their own volition, and in their own interest, consents to the collection, analysis, processing, storage, and use of their personal data (full name, mobile phone number, e-mail address, city of residence, and details regarding the order, payment, and ticket).
The Site User's consent to the processing of personal data is specific, informed, and conscious.
This consent by the Site User is deemed to be executed in simple written form.
The Site User grants the Site Administration the right to perform the following actions (operations) with personal data:
1. collection and accumulation;
2. storage for the periods established by regulatory documents for record-keeping, but for no less than three years from the date the Site User ceases using the services;
3. clarification (updating, modification);
4. use;
5. destruction;
6. anonymization;
7. transfer upon a court order, including to third parties, subject to measures ensuring the protection of personal data against unauthorized access.
This consent is valid indefinitely from the moment the data is provided and may be withdrawn by the Site User by submitting a request to the Site Administration containing the information specified in Art. 14 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006. Consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn by the User by sending a corresponding notice in simple written form to the email address: pridecommunity@gmail.com.
The Site Administration shall not be liable for the use (whether lawful or unlawful) by third parties of Information posted on the Site by the Site User, including its reproduction and dissemination by any means whatsoever.
The Site Administration reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time.
When amendments are made, the date of the last update is indicated in the current version. The new version of the Agreement enters into force upon its publication, unless otherwise provided for in the new version of the Agreement.
This Agreement and the relationship between the Site User and the Site Administration arising in connection with the application of the Agreement shall be governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
